Just a quick note for those of you who use Etsy to buy/sell items. Here is a problem that one of the blogger's that I read on a regular basis had. Lisa from
Fantabulously Frugal had a problem with a service that she bought. She is quite upset with Etsy and is out forty bucks to boot. Take a minute and go over and read the letter she sent to Etsy. It might save you a hassle in the future.

I do sell on Etsy.com and haven't had a problem, it just goes through my regular Paypal channels and I get a notice from Paypal, then send whatever was ordered. Sorry your friend had a problem.
I know how it is and I have learned that I pay everything through credit card even through paypal as I have had problems with paypal not paying either. At least when things have happened, my credit card company always goes to bat for me. I have had 3 incidences (not from Etsy though) and learned to proceed with caution.
