Best of all the price is free!

I just stumbled upon a, new-to-me, blog site called Thrift Shop Romantic. The name says it all! I love a good bargain. My daughter Jaime laughs about how excited I get when I start describing how I got something cheap, cheap, cheap! Anyway, it seems there are kindred souls out in cyber space that share the same passion that I do......thrift shops. I love going to them, snooping around and finding the "just what I was looking for" item at a really good price. I am not a fast looker. I like to take my time, examine and look at everything, dig deep and drag hidden stuff out into the light, enjoy my visit as it were. Thrift store shopping is not something to be done in a hurry. Nope! You need to seek and search out and that takes time. The best thing I have ever bought from the thrift store was the play kitchen that my cutie-patootie Neve is shown with in the picture. It was a steal at only seven bucks. She plays with it for hours on end. I remember how thrilled I was when I found it and dragged it home. Sigh! I think I need to go thrift shopping, I have the itch now. Anyway, if you like thrifting then check out this blog site. You'll enjoy it, and best of all the price is free!

Have you been out to the Goodwill next to Fabric Land in Kitchener mom?
It's a super clean store with lots of goodies, I was in there last week and meant to tell you about it.

Sure I laugh about you and your excitement over deals but just the other day Mike was snickering at my description of the good deal I got on something or other. Wonder where I get my thriftiness from. Hmmm

I didn't know there was one there.
I don't get out enough!

I didn't either until last week, I guess that means neither of us get out enough. :)

I'll take you out there sometime soon, it will be a good excuse for me to buy some more fabric.
