I love this cow! When daughter Jaime got married in Mexico back in 2007, her soon to be new Mom & Sister by marriage, Bridie & Joanne, (two very talented knitters), held a surprise Fiesta honeymoon shower for her. We had a blast! Strawberry margaritas and Mexican fajitas. An amazing cupcake centerpiece for dessert. There was even a Mariachi guitar trio named the "Three Amigos" who serenaded the bride-to-be. One of the singers had a mustache that kept falling off so one of the guests stood behind him and held the mustache on for him. It was all very romantic....SIGH...... I don't drink, so I wasn't even a little bit tipsy, and I laughed during most of the show and the shower too! It was hilarious!!! Anyways, to continue on with the fiesta theme, I had designed thank you notes for Jaime. On the front was this wonderful cow with the sombrero.
Inside the card said "Moo..cho Gracias". So whenever I see this Mexican cow it brings back very happy memories and makes me smile. Once in a while when I think of the "Three Amigos" I even laugh out loud. It does a body good to laugh!
This evening I laughed out loud when I came across this joke so I just had to share it with you.
Did you hear about the guy whose whole left side was cut off?
He's all right now.
Aw come on....admit it....you did smile a little bit didn't you? :)

I groaned at the joke but throughout the rest of the post I had a big ass grin plastered on my face! :) I am so loved and spoiled! That was one of two outstanding, mind boggling showers! How lucky am I to have two fabulous families that blend so well? VERY!
